Vegetarian since September 2010.  Gluten free since October 2013.  Plant-based since December 2013 (Vegan since March 2014).

My options for eating out are pretty limited now, mostly because I’m afraid of getting accidentally “glutened.”  It’s simply safer and healthier for me and my family to eat at home more often.
